This one fits. And there's an install tech note in the June 2013 Vaircor newsletter, available on HACOA.org.

Re: Generator Questions
Do you still have the old voltage regulator? If so, sub that in, see what happens.

Re: Windshield Washer Pump, LM
It appears that Ted is correct. I installed the Anco style pump, but used the original star wheel cam. The unit tried to work, but didn't quite get the job done. Admittedly, the unit I used was one I acquired with my Rampy in one of the spare parts boxes, so it may not be right. But, it would squirt...

http://www.vairtrix.com/#!/HOME Or better yet, go thermocouple, rather than that old thermistor! Thermistor age, and can be inaccurate.

Re: Windshield Washer Pump, LM
I think you're correct Brad. But I'm just stubborn enough that I want to get the OEM style pump to work. I've already purchased an aftermarket pump like you've pictured above, just in case! In fact, of Ted is correct and the current star wheel isn't compatible with the new pump, I'll have to go afte...

Re: Windshield Washer Pump, LM
I have a replacement pump. I don't have the gear, or the standoff, I can make a standoff, and hope the original gear will work.

Re: Windshield Washer Pump, LM
I have no problem with the motors. I haven't purchased any parts from Clark's for this issue. Both motors are stock, and the same in the '66 as the '65. My problem is that the pump in the '66 doesn't work, and it's the smaller unit pictured above, and all the replacements I can find show the larger ...

Re: Bog / Hesitation off Idle - 65 Corsa Turbo
You completely replaced the carburetor, and no change? I would look hard at the ignition then. Do you have the correct distributor, and the correct vacuum "retard" module? Are you running points and condenser? Have they been replaced?

It's possible. I will post some pics when I get home. Maybe someone will recognize the smaller unit.

Re: Windshield Washer Pump, LM
Clark's sez: "Slightly different from the original but fits and works". I can't see how. I'll post a picture as soon as I can. I don't have access to my phone right now. Wagon, Good point. I don't have handy an early manual, or a 1966 manual. From what I can tell, the unit Clark's sells mat...

Windshield Washer Pump, LM
I'm trying to replace the Windshield washer pump on my '66. The pump listed at Clark's, Amazon, Ebay, etc., is an Anco 6102. This pump is wider, and longer than my existing pump, but all the sources say it is correct for my car. Has anyone successfully installed the Anco pump? And was any modificati...

Re: STREET ELECTRO-COOL FAN KITS
I guess I'd be willing to spend the price of a machine shop seat repair, to lower the temperatures 25 degrees. I have no idea what the new fan will cost, but I know how much a head repair is!

I have the same issue, and I haven't found the exact place where it's taking place. I don't believe it's a spring issue though. Here's something that might help: http://corvaircenter.com/phorum/read.ph ... msg-573683
