Re: Hulkster...Something Completely Different

Cummins 4bt were used extensively in farming equipment, forklifts, and stationary applications. 4bt engine swaps into Jeeps, Scouts, and lots of other 4X4 vehicles is currently a booming trend. Only production vehicle I've ever heard of with a 4bt is the aforementioned step van bread truck. I'm sur...

Re: Our 1960 Monza Coupe

The sixth digit in the VIN is an O not a zero.

Meaning built at the Oakland Assembly Plant.

Re: differential cover vent used

The vent hat is threaded into the lid with 1/4" or 3/8" pipe threads. Raise the hat up with a 6" piece of pipe...can't remember which size. We started doing this in the sixties on our dune buggies...no overflow. On the racecar I used -4 braided stainless hose to a remote mini K&N.

Re: WTB: Two (2) Sets of L/M Standard Main Bearings

Clark's house brand bearing are Made in Taiwan...better than China.

We would support a Democracy over a Communist regime every time.

Nobody says anything bad about Clark's...they're our fall back choice.

Re: It Was Suppose to be a Parts Van

This van came from the Galli Family Horde...Paolo is downsizing.

I do have two from Santa Barbara...63 Corvan & 65 Turbo Corsa.

Corsa is strictly a parts car and I still need to post about Hulkster.

Re: It Was Suppose to be a Parts Van

Correct F/C dipstick is a mandatory requirement for me.

It also appears to have originally been a stick shift vehicle.

So we all know full disclosure...this would be project #437+

Yes it is a stock roof rack...not for sale!!!

Missing the rails and chrome is shot anyway.

It Was Suppose to be a Parts Van

In support of Hulkster...have more on that one later. 1961 Greenbrier Standard in 527 Tampico Turquoise. A little spray lube got all doors and windows working. Vairy little rust and it should put back to road worthy. Need 80 hp P/G W stamped engine and transmission. Basically free by barter...my wi...
