While you're cleaning fins, are the lower shrouds off? I would highly recommend shining a light from below and checking out the fins on the heads. A 500 model is a bit of a rare car, and that appears to be the original 500 model interior in good shape which is VERY rare. One of those dealer tags will only add value of it is from a famous dealership such as Yenko or Dana Chevrolet. I heard a year or two back that the "Dana Chevrolet" license plate surrounds (chrome) in nice shape go for over a grand!
