I have just been grinding it off where I need to weld, probably should 'media blast' the whole car, but no time or money for that, might do it after it is all together and running, then tear it back apart and detail it, but for now grinding works. Here you can see that I have removed the shock tower...

I have been able to put a little time into this project. Working on getting the front suspension installed. I am wondering what is the best way to remove all the 'goop' from the front frame rails and firewall? Is that buytl rubber? Will dry ice work like it does for sound deadening in newer cars?

I see you louvered the hood to get the radiator airflow, what about intake air for the engine?

That isn't patina, that happened very quickly with a fire. Patina occurs over a long period of time.

Here is the stance with the 'phone dial' porsche wheels, I like it. I think the 928 has wider rear phone dials, so I might try to scout out a pair of those.
