Thanks guys I will try those two places before I look for out of state options. Unfortunately from the sound of it I may have dropped a valve seat but I won’t know for sure until I get it looked at.

So I called JB imports and they told me they stopped working on corvairs 15 years ago and cannot/will not service them anymore.

So I guess I have to keep digging.

With respect, a dropped valve is a pretty serious thing and also very easy to diagnose. What’s going on that caused you to pull the heads?
