Re: Rampside Ramp Alignment-Bumper bushings.
Thanks to Dave for the positive review. Rampside gate latch guide.jpg More good news. Some of the side-ramp pin guides I have received were missing the inner metal sleeve - it's the cone-shaped metal part you can see in the center of the guide. These probably fall out when the rubber gets old and br...

Re: New FC Repro part: Door Jamb Bumpers
AZDave,
Yes, the bumpers are subtended by a metal plate and possibly other shims. The metal plate is shown in the picture I posted from the assembly manual. The shims were similar but have long slots so that they could be slid in place between the metal plate and the jamb.

New FC Repro part: Door Jamb Bumpers
Now available repro of FC side door and rear door jamb bumpers (#3778721). Are your side doors a-shakin' and a-rattlin'? The original door jamb bumpers are probably rock hard. doorjambbumper-1.jpg These are 1" x 1 5/8" x 1/2" and like original have two recessed holes with integral me...

Nick,
Thanks for posting the codes. Yep, already in the registry. But please send me a picture after the restoration; I like to include before and after restoration pics.

Re: This van reached out for help
Mont3,
Could you post the VIN (driver side door jamb) and the paint and trim codes (from the data plate below the fuse box)? I'd like to add this van to the Corvanatics FC Registry; and if it a phone company FC, then I would expect the paint code to be something like "SPEC".
