Re: Made some changes to the exhaust, I like it!
The turbo itself acts like a muffler. I have had a few turbo charged vehicles with no mufflers, none were all that loud. Looks cool, and yes, a sound clip would be great!

Re: Eye Catcher
Hi fellows found this on the net. Someone took a lot of time to render this in photo shop It is kind of nice with the shaved door handles and all. Kind a different but I like it. (It would turn a few heads) herbspaint.jpg :Love it: I like it as well. Great stance, good color combo (though I would h...

Re: Chin spoiler?
I doesn't mount to the bumper. No brackets included, or needed. It mounts near the pinch weld under and behind the bumper. I just drilled through the flange on the spoiler and used the six screws it came with to mount through those holes.

Re: Chin spoiler?
Motornoggin, I'm assuming you cut your springs at least in the front? Any problems with the spoiler scraping? Springs are cut 1 3/4 coils, then added a 1/8" urethane spacer (for an Audi A4 Quatro) at the spring seat. The spoiler will scrape in dips or speed bumps if I'm not careful, but it's n...

Took me less than a half hour to install it. What does it take to mount that spoiler? Looks awesome. ...

Re: Battery in Front?
Probably wouldn't need a bigger battery, though it would bennefit from oversize cables with machine crimped or soldered terminals (no clamp on types).

Re: Politics?
It's not "Left" vs "Right".
It's the "State" vs YOU!
Believe it. There is no viable political party in practice now that has anything but their own self interest and self perpetuation in mind.

I feel the same way, motornoggin, you are one of the reasons this forum is a good one. (I mean it, but it sounds kind of sappy) Boy I guess :rolling: Ok -- I have mixed emotions about handing over my crown to motornoggin . ::-): Being the 2010 Corvair of the year winner was a life changing experienc...

Re: Corvair of the Year 2011
I received the first pair of calendars in the mail today. I'm very impressed with the quality of layout, the printing and the quality of the cardstock used! To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at the $18.99 price, but after seeing them I feel they are more than worth it. I may even frame a couple of...

Re: Corvair of the Year 2011
Just wanted write a note of thanks to those who voted for my Corsa for the COTM and COTY. I appreciate it very much! I'm going to surprise my dad with a calendar. I'm sure he'll be happily surprised. I've been in a few car clubs and a member of a few different forums and this is one of the best ever...

Re: Corvair of the Year 2011
I just ordered a couple more, one for my in-laws and one for my friend who painted the Corsa for me. Promo codes don't work on wall calendars, BUT if you ask them, they will wave shipping costs.
