Can you remove the window rail and vent window frame WITHOUT removing the main window and it's mechanism on a lm convertible??

VHT web site lists a sp205 as wrinkle gray but they are now closed and all the local VHT retail outlets do not carry that item??? I also found it at jegs and Amazon on line but would rather get it locally. I guess this search will have to wait until tomorrow. Thanks for your help
