The most complicated PG question in Corvair history

I tried this before. So my power glide gets warm and starts shifting late and then wants to drop down to first alot. Its getting worse.
I know all the ideas but how does one diagnose this issue?

Re: Engine Stand, easy question to answer

My dad used to tell me when snap on wrenches break they burry them deep in the ground. I don't know if it's true but it stuck with me. Seriously, I have tools older than 70 years. And they're still serviceable. Love 'em! So I bought the engine stand. I took it to the sand blaster. I'm going to throw...

Hey Daddy O! YOU can call me Ho Daddy. I live I. New Mexico with wide expanses like Australia. But I have to tell you. I am fascinated with Aulstralia. It seems beautiful. I even had a girlfriend from Inverel. I have an early model with a 68, 140 engine. Runs pretty good. 68 was a good year for Corv...

Re: Ice Chest Question

I've actually done that in my drinking days with a Harley Davidson fiberglass saddlebag. But it melts fast in the summer.

Bit there will be other things in the truck as I am going to take the car camping.

Re: Engine Stand, easy question to answer

Dennis, I agree 100%. But. Now my friends call me a snob. But Corvairs are supposed to be fun . I mean we're like 55 years after the fact. So, fun, right? I don't want my stand to be adequate, either. I want it to be right. ....and when I put a snap-on in my hand it just feels right! I don't own any...
