It has been a while since i posted and have not been out to work on the monza, but might give a thought into swapping the body over to an S-10 frame and putting a 4.3 in it. Does anyone know what specific year S10 frame to use (if there is one) ? Also anyone have a thread on it?

Ok so i found 2 engines and one is running other is unknown but in a 63 spyder. Unknown is a turbo, but what i wanted to know is will the motor swap into my 66 monza. Thanks!

Got the Monza off the ground and started sanding a little.... progress is slow but still enjoying it all!

Finally have the monza in a barn to work on it. front and back windows are out, pulled the carbs off to rebuild, and started sanding it. Now doing 2 days a week. Moved the Monza today and was stung :angry: by a wasp on the left middle finger knuckle :eek: . Hand still swollen but i won the battle :assault: with wasp spray :rafman: ! I have basic mechanical skills, new to Corvairs, and yes i have been working on a 1988 Firebird. I enjoyed to so much well i bought the Corvair and plan on unveiling it on it's 50th in 2 years.
