Being a fairly rare car, and low mileage, but also a 500 model, with a previous repaint on the sides, I would guess a $10,000 car. But for a $5.00 ticket it could be yours.

All 64 have corvair on hood. some letters where round studs that pushed in,or you could have letters had studs with nuts to attach.

Scrapvalue,
Turn the key all the way to LOCK. Then take a piece of wire and insert it in small hole in face of ignition(where key goes in)This presses a plunger to release the cylinder.

sounds like something came loose in rear wheel and is locking up the shoe to drum going forward.
