Brad, I've definitely got an engine that didn't come with the car. Engine code is RA, which denotes a 65-67 95hp. Distributor code is 110310, which matches the engine. More detective work, Distributor number is1110310, which comes back as 64-67, manual trans. I'm about ready to start looking at my fuel system as the problem.
