I need to remove my back. I think, what I read is you push it down and back to remove it. Is that the method?

Re: Transaxle removal
I like Motoheads idea. Seems simple enough. If I'm moving the car around it will more then likely be on dirt, for reason I don't see a dolly working.

Hey everyone
I was just wondering if I remove the transaxle from my Monza can I move it around?

Clarks fender repair parts
I ripped my fender open. I have a parts car but it's a nice ca. Monza (no rust) I just hate to start cutting it up. I looked on Clarks to see if they have a metal repair piece I could get from them. I saw that they do sell some front qp tin parts but not the tops of the qt. does anyone know if they ...

Priming / painting
I'm getting ready to start on my paint job. The car is primed. I took a little of the primer off and it looks like it had been stripped down to metal before it was primed. I plan to take it down to bare metal and then use an epoxy primer. I had been thinking of using an etching primer but the epoxy ...

Oil leak
My 65 Corsa has a pretty bad oil leak, funny thing is it only seems to leak after I drive it. The engine was supposed to have been rebuilt. The carbs look new. Since the car only leaks after I drive it, I'm thinking it might be the push rod tubes. I guess it also could be valve cover gaskets. How ca...

Automatic trans
Hi I have a 65 Corsa 140 convert and a 67 Monza, I'd like to restore both of coarse the Corsa comes first. The Monza has an auto trans and that scares me. I know that a rebuild for my truck would run 2or 3 grand, that'll be way over my budget. The trans is supposed to be good, although I have no ide...

Re: Hello from the dry central valley CA
I live up in Placerville Ca. So Carmichael is just a hop skip and jump from Placerville. I've got two cars right now, my most recent is my 65 Corsa convertible with a 140. My other car is a 1967 Monza, the body is really straight on it and the engine is supposed to be good although I've never got it...

Re: Speedometer cable
Since this post is on speedo cables, I'd like to know how to get the cluster of Gage's out of the dash. My speedo hand has fallen off. I have a parts monza and I could get one from it or maybe I can just JB weld the hand back on. Any help would be apreciatedi.

Re: Chrysler Sebring seats, three point seat belts
I've looked at the seat belt mounting locations. It makes sense now. Little flat stock and tabs should do it. A friend is a metal fabricator, so I can get him to do the welding. No question he ca do a better.

Re: Body stripping for paint
Quality is important! So if is more time consuming, that's just what it will take. Ok, no glass. I don't. Want a second rate job. I'll sacrifice my other car. I'm just going to just go at it with the DA. I just hope I don't have a bondo bucket. I might use media in the areas I can't sand. Under, jam...
