Re: Broken '65 Steering shaft
Isn't this the later one, since there is a coupler? I was under the impression that the early version had the shaft come out of the box and one one piece all the way up to the steering wheel? Either way, I may be interested. I just want to confirm what direction I am going. Thank you!

Re: Broken '65 Steering shaft
Interesting. I will have to examine and research this a bit more. I do have the telescopic so I don't know how other shafts would allow that. I don't know the internals well but I would like to compare the various set ups from the different years. This one was definitely altered. Jist wondering the ...

Re: Broken '65 Steering shaft
Thanks for the summary! I knew about the two different setups but I didn't know the reason. My Corsa is late, though, so it does not have the single long shaft. It sill appears that ots been altered, however, because of the welded coupler. But has separate shafts

Broken '65 Steering shaft
Hi all. Been a while since I've been around here... On Thanksgiving, my steering completely broke free on my '65 Corsa, spinning steering wheel. Luckily I was just parallel parking in front of our house. We finally got around to breaking it all down and realized the steering shaft completely sheared ...

Re: trying to trace fault of bad brake light/turn signal...
Well, as always seems to happen, I think I found the problem. I found a plug in the engine compartment that seems to be the issue, or at least somewhere between the plug and the socket. I was at least able to find the plug that has the GREEN wire for the turn signal/ rt brake light. (the left one is ...

trying to trace fault of bad brake light/turn signal...
Hi there. I've read previous posts with lots of great info about the wiring of tail lights and signals, etc.. My case is a little interesting because I have an Ultravan with a Spyder dash and wiring harness. A couple years ago when I got back from the ranch, I noticed my right brake light and turn ...

Ultravan throttle linkage question
Good morning all and hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving! I've been a bit MIA but we are finally close to getting my Ylyravan 334 road ready and wonder if anyone knows how the accelerator cable connects to the pivot point at the rear. Thanks in advance. Also, pg cable is nearly impossible to ...

Any recommendations for ultravan cam?
Hi all. Haven't been around here for a while... busy with our toddler and life, but we've finally gotten around to doing some work on our Ultra van, #334. After pulling the engine to reseal, we noticed we are going to have to dig a Little Deeper. Along with converting from manual back to original ...

Re: Building a camper kit for my 65 Greenbrier
Stan, I am wanting to build a camper conversion for my GB similar to what you have built. Do you have a completed picture? Where did you get the hinges you used on the sofa back that fold forward into a bed? Thanks! Eddie Thanks- I will look for some more recent pics. Unfortunately, I still have ...

Brad, to be continued is right. Just when I thought I was the movie maker, my wife asked me if I wanted to watch a trailer of a movie that she wants to see... She showed me this!
