Production line marking from the Fisher Body plant. 90% of the car was built there then shipped over to the Chevrolet line for drivetrain, front suspension, steering assembly and VIN tag installation. 302 in Grease pencil behind plate

I own the 63 that my Grandma bought new and has always been inside and well taken care of and has been off the road since the late seventies. I went to put my new Historical License plate on and behind the old plate is a 302 written in yellow with a crayon or grease pencil. Does anybody have an idea...

Generator shims ??

My Generator fan and fan belt keep rubbing, my generator looks as if it aint quite square to my belt. I had my belt tight and am wondering if I should put a shim or thin washer to be placed on one side or the other to square it up with the belt. I did replace the generator as the mount was cracked.....

I will get more pics soon as I am getting it road legal tomorrow and have the next two days off from work. I love the color combo also and the red interior is in very good condition also.
