Re: Another one down...

Nope - that car was completely rusted out. It had a half-assed restoration and 'bondo pack' about 10 years ago I figure. I've been a motor head all my life and I have owned hundreds of cars over the years - that one was probably the rustiest one I have ever owned. Someone had replaced both doors ...

Re: 1964 Club Coupe & 1964 Turbo Vert - Decisions Decisions

Nice little car, but I think I'd rather spend that kinda cash on a 'different' classic car. It has been my experience that Corvairs are hard to sell...lol. There's a guy down here in Franklin, TX, just down the road from me, that has a very nice '63 Monza coupe just like that one - its even the same ...

Another one down...

There was a rift in the force today...we lost one of our own...

R.I.P. '63 Monza 900 Convertible - I did save the vin plate and the clear title though...and just about everything else that I could remove from it that was worth saving.

Yeah...cause those wheels certainly are original...lol.

I have a set just like em. Yours look a lot better than mine though. I will probably never get motivated enough to polish them to that extent.

Miller Farm & Transport (270) 307-6717

He is out of Kentucky, but he operates nationwide. He hauled a non-operable pickup with the whole bed loaded full of shit from Texas all the way to Ontario, Canada for me. He only charged my buyer $850 for that haul. He works best if you're not in a hurry ...

This is a cool looking car - I love the patina and the stance it has...I'll have to get some pics of my '62, it's almost identical - just has black interior instead of red.

Re: well that was slightly disappointing

I'm not sure how they can even 'do the math' using a 3rd gear pull to get the numbers. That would create a gross error. In order to get the proper result - the computer would need to know your 3rd gear ratio AND the final drive ratio to be able to come up with the right numbers. I do believe most of ...

Re: removing Corvair Monza from property

Save that windshield - someone will need that. I don't believe they make them anymore.

I wonder if that radio still works? I wouldn't mind having that.

That glove box door looks nice too.
