Re: Quick Fix Tip
I've used the Clark's vinyl spray cans for the kick panels of two of my cars and it still looks awesome. http://www.corvair.com/user-cgi/catalog.cgi?function=goto&catalog=MAIN§ion=MAIN&page=273" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I didn't use any clear coat. I've also used for color ...

Installed Camaro spoiler from Clark's (Thumbs up or down?)
65 Monza PG 110 Convertible
Installed the camaro spoiler from Clarks this morning ($54 not bad). Wanted some contrast to make the front end stand out a little.

Re: How well does 1966 factory ac cool?
I agree with what Brad posted. My 66 coupe I just sold blew 38f after a recharge from the center vent. Recently I had very good luck using AC Pro Cold which I bought at Advance Auto Parts for $40. It was easy and works well to recharge the a/c if it's not blowing ice cold. http://acprocold.com/wp ...

Re: LM Trunk Light Kit?
Thanks everyone. I'm looking to keep the car stock so maybe I can use a 65 Malibu trunk light? I would think these would all be the same as GM A-bodies?

LM Trunk Light Kit?
Anyone know where to get a LM trunk light kit? Tried Clark's and they show NOS but out of stock.

Restoration finished 1965 Monza convertible
1965 Monza 110 PG, power top After 8 months she is finished. I have some interior chrome to work on and engine detailing. :chevy: She was pretty much a Northeast basket case when I got her. Here are the pictures from the restoration. http://1drv.ms/1rDXeRs Here's the list of what she needed for non ...

Re: Rebuild Corvair Wire Wheel Hubcaps
Chuck - thanks so much for taking the time to post these videos! I watched them all as I'm about to start this project on 65 wire wheels with spinners. I had no idea how to start or what to use and your videos are awesome!

Nice, you even put the hole in the truck so you can use it as a ice cooler once she's done.

Re: pensylvania bondo bucket
Just read all 15 pages of this thread. I too got burned on an eBay bondo bucket "honey" last September for $3550 plus shipping. When I called the seller he screamed and insulted me and then posted a negative comment on my feedback. I decided to cut my losses and sell it honestly to someone for a big ...

Re: Whats happened to Clarks?
My guess is the Fall Classic this Saturday is causing the slowdown you experienced. They get a lot of orders just prior for people attending the show as you get a discount if you pick up at the show. Details here: http://www.corvair.com/user-cgi/pages.cgi?category=shows" onclick="window.open(this ...

Re: 1965 Monza Convertible - Nothing special, but means a lo
Brad, Thanks this is very helpful. I just wish the RPO showed body and interior color stats. The only uncommon option on this car was the power convertible top which was only ordered on 4.23% of all Corvairs, not just Monzas. It's hard to determine how many power tops were ordered on Monza's that ...
