Define ‘just fine’?

My experience has been they run ‘just barely’, there’s so much room for improvement it’s hysterical.

100k is probably time for a ring and valve job on these engines, youbstand to gain a lot more by freshening those things up than any additive will ever offer.

I tied to mustang dyno my 180, but had problems that day. Bad gas and super hot outside temps (over 95* that day) led to only making 90 or so. My starter even quit working it was so hot!

I really need to revisit the dyno when I get my car back, I want to know what it’s actually doing.

It's basically a capacitive filter, keeps noise down and also stores a little energy to help fire the coil. I don't think you'll hurt anything by having another, but it's not required.
