I would say oil psi should be no lower then 20 psi at idle mine runs 38 hot 42 cold at idle 63 at cruising speed hot or cold but thats a new motor or it was a long time ago new anyways oil temp is hard to say I would say no more then 220 on a real hot day but not for a long period of time like 220 ...

I use the plastic ramps all the time for all my cars even on my 1 ton truck works great on rear of corvairs holds the weight just fine they are rated for 10000 lbs makes it a lot easier to work on them never had a problem sinking even in dirt
