A Corvan with no side or rear door windows. I had one and it was impossible to see out of!

Don't get too crazy running off road with those headers so close to the ground! Almost every Corvair buggy I owned or others I've known has the tubes all dented in on the bottom. I suggest jacking up the suspension for off road running.

Remember that coupe doors are longer than 4-door front doors. So I would mount the doors first and then make your rear half line up with the doors.

Do something simple and no cost first. Remove all your wheel covers and go for a drive. If your squeak is gone you can be assured its the wheel cover. If not then major surgery is required.

Even if you have a Hydraulic press you need special puller plates to get support on the hub. Once I tried to just lay the brake backing plate on my press and I ended up bending the backing plate into a U shape without ever moving the bearings!
