Can you use your torque wrench to measure the amount of torque required to turn the engine over? Do this with spark plugs removed.

I used the C4 strut rods on my autocross car. Instead of washers I used some 1/2" ID X 5/8" OD bushings and made some spacers. I drive the car so infrequently they should last forever bushings.jpg You can get the bushings here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/203374653787?hash=item2f5a12f15b:g:8K...
