Re: 65 Corsa instrument aluminum overlay...what is exposed?
I've taken a few dashes apart and there were four or five dried up brittle globs of beige stuff the size of a looney (Cdn $1 coin) What are you guys using to adhere the aluminum to the plastic dash backing--if anything--before re-installing? I'm thinking a couple strips of double sided tape to ...

HD coil springs...
Hi all, I bought HD springs all around for my LM vert from Clarks. They lower the ride height, ok in the front but looking for higher ride height in the back.
Any of you bought HD springs from somewhere else that give the stock or a little bit higher ride height in the back?

Re: Clarks clutch cable?
I replaced the one on my '66 with a Clarks. Well its a clutch cable...doesn't look as strong as laundry cable...so we'll see next year I suppose (BTW - I'm in the GWN).
If it fails, I'm going chain.

Re: My Latest Vintage Corvair Video
Sorry Kevin, wasn't trying to come off as anal. Lorne Greene...well he's cool...a "Peter Jennings" (Another Canadian) on Canadian radio in and around WWII. Then the Bonanza and Battlestar Galactica...well it's all neat stuff. I'll happily remember the war/radio/NRC films that I've seen him in (And ...

Hey Phil, how 'bout more info on the team, the different setup/stuff needed for both events (El Mirage - Bonneville). And if you have time some "been there done that" stuff the rest of us wouldn't know unless we tried. 8-)

Great sideshow Matt! So tell us about the performance and handling. To me what is interesting is 4-stroke clean burning, 20/30 years before that was "cool" to do.
