From what I understand, stage II Stingers were all ordered with a 140 and the main upgrades to the engine are better carbs and a better cam. Does anyone know the specs of these parts and if they can be bought from aftermarket sources?

A guy near me has a disassembled Spyder motor that has been sitting outside for some time. He wants like 100 bucks for all of it. Would it be worth it?
