Vinyl floors?

the '63 i picked up has gray rear vinyl floors, but black carpet front floors, it seems the vinyl is two pieces, how hard would be be to source new gray vinyl floors?
will also be patching the floors where the dealership seatbelt mounts caused rot. might weld a stud in instead, or the like. i need to soak my clasps anyway... kinda rusty and dont want to actuate.
It's not the rate of speed that matters, it's how scary it is to get it there.
