I have an older water injection system that is a pull through.
Any feedback on turbo issues having water/methanol being inserted before the turbo as apposed after the turbo?

Pull through water injection
Re: Pull through water injection
Have used water injection extensively on draw thru turbocharged 2 litre fords in the past. I worked to control detonation and I never experienced ( nor uncovered) any detrimental effects.
I used a wndshield washer reservoir with a small built in pump and a nozzle fastened into either the air cleaner lid or the carb air horn but ended up plumbing it into the compressor inlet.

Re: Pull through water injection
Plumbed in after the compressor you would need a pump that could increase its pumping pressure as the boost climbs
Re: Pull through water injection
If you use a devil's own kit it doesn't much care how much boost pressure you make if you're plumbed after the compressor, 15 psi boost doesn't make a lot of water flow difference when there's 150psi pushing the water in there. Sure it's gonna make a small difference, but probably not enough to matter.
