APB for Charlie Doerge-Contact info wanted

I'm interested in obtaining a copy of Charlie's book Don Yenko and the Yenko Stingers and I've been trying to reach him for weeks without any luck. I've tried him at 3 different email addresses without any response so I don't know if any of them are still good. Does anyone out there have a reliable email address or perhaps a good phone number for him? I'd like to get the book prior to Christmas. Thanks in advance.
