Anatomy of a window sticker

Post by b74eqcm »

In 1985, I purchased a 66 Corsa Convertible from the original owner. It came with the dealer invoice and window sticker. I reluctantly sold it in late 1988 when Uncle Sam sent me overseas. I gave the documentation to the new owner, but not before making myself a copy, which I managed to keep all these years. Another post about 'rarest of the rare' made me think of it and dig it out. The Corsa had some uncommon options, including:

- F41 Special suspension equipment (3% of production)
- N44 Special (quick) Steering equipment (2% of production)
- G93 3.27 rear axle ratio (less than 1%)
- V31 and V32 Front and rear bumper guards (6%)
- G81 positraction ((7%)

(production percentages from CorvairKids page http://corvairkid.com/65-67rpostat.htm

Anyway, Here's the sticker. And if you have my Corsa, I WANT IT BACK! :tu:

Would you give $2,930.35 for it now?

I also found a couple of pictures. The Corsa, and with our 65 Monza Convertible that I restored. His and hers.

Huh. Thought this might get more responses. Anyone else have a copy of a window sticker they can post?

Probably one of the most unique ones I have ever seen.

Wow! A 66 convertible with a lot of options, including a 140 and a powerglide. Very rare. :ty:
