Wow, I'm not sure why I'm tied for first... Russ' Corsa rocks, and so does Joe's 67... and the Lakewood too. Tough choices for us.
I want a wagon too.

I just put a fresh coat of wax on her wagon today, I had to give the monza a wax job as well.. Just need a sunny day and not the damn rain we've had for the last week..
Re: Corvair of the Month April 2011
I'm eliminating my competition by waiting till you all win a month and become ineligible =P.
I hope to have nicer pics of my (red 66' Corsa 140 coupe) car ready in time for May.... that way I can ask everyone to vote for me as a birthday gift hehe! Only problem is I'm suddenly up to my ears in Corvair repair to-do lists!.. good thing the 66' is almost ready.

I may have to vote for a LM this time..... Even though I love the wagon. The black vert is pretty cool but should I have an allegiance to Oregon HMMMMMMMM

First of all; very nice wagon! I am a dyed in the wool LM fan though. That leaves three sharp, ALL deserving! My last three cars have all had sunroof leak issues. ( I bought each of them anyway because of their overall rarity... (( the cars, not the sunroofs)) ) In my rainy climate, a convertible just seems less desirable. Then if I throw in that I love sticks, and front spoilers, plus a home guy (Gregory) ( I consider all of the west coast, and in particular the Pac. NW my backyard); my vote has to go there ... I lived in Creswell Or. and worked out of Springfield OR. for a yr. and 8 mo. back around 2000! Go get 'em Gregory!
Re: Corvair of the Month April 2011
I'm not a big convertible fan either. I do really like the look of some but not terribly interested in owning them anymore (I've had two in the past). I hate that many people seem to assume I don't have a convertible because I'm a cheapskate or something, my cars are all coupes because that is my preference! (But I am a cheapskate too!).

Gotta go with the coupes, I have cats. They would tear up the top or the upholstery if I left the top down, plus I live in Oregon, you know how it rains here, Larry.

Re: Corvair of the Month April 2011
What a difficult decision! I love all the entries! I too am not much of a convert. guy (although it is a beauty). I really love the wagon and honestly would like to find one some day. The clone has a cool "all original" look to it (from the outside anyway) that I like. The thing that clicked it for me is one entry in particular is very similar to how I envison our "Joe'd" when it's all done, so that made the descion for me.

When the rubber hits the road, dropped to 3rd. *sniff*
Vote for me!!
Does it matter that I'm replacing my voltage regulator again...not because it doesn't regulate, but the "idiot light" doesn't work. Turns out there are more than 1 solid state reg that will work, but this one has no warning light option.
I want to know if I lose a belt, so a new one is ordered and will be here Monday.
