I would beware and steer clear of any tire that says "made in China" or anywhere else in Asia. Too many times I have heard of blowouts, out of round and splitting treads. Not something I would want to take a chance on with my Corvair (or any other one of my cars)

Do a little research before you buy. I bought a 30ft enclosed trailer and it came (without me knowing) with Chinese made tires. Took them off as soon as I got home and replace them with made in USA tires. Piece of mind at least.

Yokohama announced they are bringing back 13" Tires for the US market. The 185/70R13 may not be an exact match to the original 1960's tires but it could be a modern tire that is "close enough" for many people. If the price is right...
