Sending Unit

Is there anyone in the London ON area who may have a sending unit for me? Mine works but is leaking from the supply line. 65 Monza.

I'm assuming you are talking about the fuel tank fuel gauge sending unit? Is the unit leaking from the round seal area, the outlet tube, the rubber fuel line, or ???

You might have to turn to Clark's Corvair Parts or possibly the Corvair Ranch to obtain replacement parts...

I got mine to work. It was leaking on the supply tube on the outside. I used JB Weld and ran neoprene right up to the plate. No Leaks. My Gas gauge even works now...get this... the sending unit was fine. The float had a hole in it so gas got in and it didn't float. Replaced float ball and voila.
