Are these the 1965 backup light hole fillers you are looking for? There is a chance I might be persuaded to part with them.
When I bought these years ago, I bought them "Just to have" but they did not come with boxes so I can't say for sure that they are or are not NOS. For their age, they are in decent condition but not perfect by any means.

I do have a pair of NOS in their GM boxes, a pair for 1962 as well. These photo's were taken about ten minutes ago.
