Corvan Paint and Trim Tag

Everyone, I am new to Corvairs and to these boards, so any and all help is greatly appreciated. I have been searching for the correct paint code for my van, and I am confused by the fact that there are 4 numbers on the paint and trim tag, but only 3 in the paint codes that I have been able to find. I am not sure which one to eliminate. I have attached a pic of the paint and trim tag below.
