VIN and data plate

I could really use some help decoding body tag on my 1965 Corsa coupe Canadian production and VIN tag. I know it's a Corsa turbo. I'm a little confused about options on data plate. Hopefully someone can help me out as I'm new to Corvair ownership.

The Canadian tags are different so all the info we have for US tags doesn't help. Hopefully someone here has some info.
