Not 100% sure on that particular emblem but almost all emblems on he rear of Corvair fenders bolt on from the inside. Access through the kick panel vent assembly hole. (May or may not have to remove the vent assembly to get your hand in there.)
Corvair guy since 1982. I have personally restored at least 20 Vairs, many of them restored ground up.
