Just as a point of clarification, the on line ballot on the Corsa website will not be available until April 1.

Remember, voting is the best way and easiest to show that you care about Corsa!

Thank you!!!!

Question?

Under Eastern Division it says to vote for two.

If a ballot is received with only ONE box checked for Eastern Division, is the ballot thrown out? I know several other clubs in which this happens!!!!!!!!

I will say those clubs say "Must vote for two (or five, whatever)". This ballot says "Vote for Two" , so???????

I will emphasize to only vote in your division! :tu:

Hi Frank, Thanks for asking the question. If a person votes for only one candidate in a Division where there are two seats up for election, that vote will certainly be counted. It won't be thrown out. We've always counted them that way even though the ballot says "Vote for two". ::-):

I genuinely wish there was a way I could figure out a way to Vote for the West Coast Directors in this election, even though I live on the East Coast.

There is a Director there seeking re-election that needs to be removed from that position PERMANENTLY! This individual has screwed up the CCF to the point where it is virtually Dead.

Anyone that has an opinion that does not follow this individual's personal agenda gets targeted, then treated poorly, regardless of what might be in the best interests of the Corvair Community.

As I understand it, this is a Direct Violation of the Code of Conduct the Directors are "Supposed to Uphold".

I would STRONGLY Encourage everyone on the West Coast to VOTE for a NEW reputable individual to fill the current position this time around, and give the current individual seeking reelection the boot!

Ready to vote on 4/1!

Dave,
For this election I wish I was in your division, but I'm not.
I know you will win and get the other forum on the right track!

Thanks,

Just casted my ballot for Western Division. I won't say who I voted for but I will say it isn't the person that screwed up the other forum. Go Dave!

Once a month there is an informal get together at the mall for ANYONE interested in Corvairs. One fellow brought up the topic of the CORSA elections and I was surprised to learn ONLY ONE person belonged to CORSA and HALF the folks didn't even belong to a local club!!!!

As one fellow put it "I'm got tired of the jerks trying to run everything and the in fighting at clubs". I could NOT argue with that.

I realized I just keep in touch with a few Corvairs buddies I like and I haven't gone to a club meeting in years.

Now all you need to do is persuade everyone you know to do the same thing!

Your vote to improve things means a lot. :my02:

Dean:

I am glad you provided the road map to the voting page. Corsa could have made it easier with a quick link on the home page, but that is not their style.

Voting is done for this year. Good luck to Eastern Division. Praying Western Division members make the wise choice.

The results this year will determine if I keep my Corsa membership going.

Al,

Thanks for voting!

God-willing, you will have good reason to continue your CORSA membership next year. :tu:

I will be voting for Jack Green in Central Division.
I've been a CORSA member for 29 years and have never felt compelled to vote.
Jack Green took the time to give me a personal phone call when I asked about him either here or at the other place.
Despite my attempts at communication in the past, the other guy would not give me the time of day. No reply, no nuthin.
I like that there is a CORSA and I'm active with Corvair Minnesota.
If I'm out of line saying these things I don't mind if my post is removed.

Hello, Eric Stevens here. I'm a major Corvair fan and I am new to this website. I have two pick ups and a monza that I'm looking to sell. I'm trying to figure out how to create a new post in order to advertise them. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
Thank you in advance.
Eric
