What size is the ice chest that fits in the trunk of your Corvair?

The trunk can be an ice chest! I have done this before where I filled the trunk with ice and then filled with the drink of your choice or variety!

I've actually done that in my drinking days with a Harley Davidson fiberglass saddlebag. But it melts fast in the summer.

Bit there will be other things in the truck as I am going to take the car camping.

I do have a medium sized cooler that does fit. It has to go long ways to sit in the well solid. I'll look at it today and get the size and/or dimensions.

'63 - '67 Vettes had a nice little storage bin behind the seats, never looked in a later one to see, but it was perfect for filling with ice and non-alcoholic beverages, they even have a drain hole on each side to prevent water from sloshing around. I had a '67 vert in '78, but never utilized this very useful feature.
