Neon Rear Seat install

Need advice from anyone who has installed Dodge Neon rear seats in a LM vert.

Can you tell me specifically how you modified the bottom seat to fit?

I have already mounted the top of the rear seat.

Received some guidance from Darren in Colorado: Just cut the hog-rings, peel back the upholstery, then cut off the ends including the wire frame.

It worked just fine. Started with a sawzall then switched to a hacksaw which allowed more control over the process.

Tomorrow, I will fashion some brackets to hold it in place and "voila", the rear Neon seats will be finished!

Finally finished installing the Neon Rear Seats. The red arrow indicates where the Inertia switch will be mounted for the electric fuel pump:
