Wheels turned out good. New plugs and wires in. Had to helicoil one plug. Compression is even across all cylinders. Now on to finish up the interior.

Pics. Kind of weird, the right rear wheel is a little bit further outboard than the left. About a half inch. Seems a little odd. Not really noticeable but of course I noticed. I drove it some today and there is a leak between the engine and transmission. I think it's gear oil but not positive yet. It drips for about 10 minutes after I park it and then stops. The fuel pump is leaky, so ordered new. Still need to do the PCV/crank case vent hoses. Drives great, but breaks pull right slightly. I wonder if front left needs attention? I'll get it all worked out.

I set the timing to around 12 and it runs pretty good. A little backfire from right carb once in a while. I'll work on it again when fuel pump gets here.

Things to do:
New fuel pump when it arrives.
Dual master cylinder upgrade already here but not installed.
Rebuild all wheel cylinders and replace rubber brake lines.
Fine tuning on carbs.
Cut out drivers side floor panel and weld in new.
A little sound proofing and Reinstall all interior.
Stereo. ATO fuse block.
That should keep me busy for several weekends.

You're really going to town on this. Those rims and tires are some of the best I have seen on an EM. It really looks nice with them.

You could use some more shelving Thanks for the photo - My workspace could use a good cleanup as well

Shelving to the right continues over about 8 more feet. and another 18x24 workshop behind that back wall in the garage. This is just where I'll park the car..

Looks like you're doing great! Lotsa little stuff but nothing major!
I just scoooped up a 63 (see 4/sale in VA) coupe and have yet to dig into it. The wheels look hot! What brand?
Hoping to make it a semi-dependable DD as well. Good luck, I'll try to post m progress as well

Installing dual master cylinder today. I have access to a reverse brake bleeder. Seems like the way to go. What fluid are you guys using? DOT2? 3? Silicone? Any bench bleeding advice on this? Do I still need to bench bleed with reverse brake bleeder? This is my first experience with brakes.
