Eventhough my Corvair isn't low. I still wonder what people say they hit with their front spoilers? This is how low my BMW e30 sat

I never ran into anything with it! Even sitting inches off the ground...

I could not leave my own driveway with an air dam that low. You must live in "ultraflatland". ::-):

My Eclipse was 4" clearance at the front bumper and I would drag it too often.

I had to watch very carefully where i did drive. It did scrape a few times. But i never flat out hit something! And thats a very clean DSM! Its rare to see one modified to where its simple and clean. I like it!!!

What does it take to mount that 68 spoiler on a LM? They change the front end so much!

I don't know how to put it without having peoples underwear getting in a bunch.

EDIT: Oh well, i'll try to say it nicely... :dontknow:
The angel eyes are very ricey, even more so with the blue. Looks like something for a Fast n Furious movie... Yes i know angel eye/halo lights came from BMWs. But even BMW enthusiast frown upon them. It just screams that there is some flat billed hat baggy pants kid that can't stay off of ebay trying to swag his ride up.

69' Camaro spoiler. I got it from Clark's, but there are readily available from many sources. Anywhere from $30 to $60 or so. Took me less than a half hour to install it.

Its 4 bolts, you do have to drill into front underneath the bumper and inside the bottom of the wheel well in the front

There is a pinch weld in the factory sheet metal where the front facia is welded to the inner and outer fender wells. The pnich weld is in the shape of a shallow V. I centered the spoiler in the apex of the V with douple sided tape, then drilled 1/8" holes in six places spaced evenly across the length of the spoiler and used the supplied screws to attacth it using the holes I drilled previously. Very simple installation with good results.

Motornoggin, I'm assuming you cut your springs at least in the front? Any problems with the spoiler scraping?
