Corvairs usually have a hidden VIN etched into the frame. I have no idea where it would be on your car but someone here may know how to find it.

You'll have to take it apart. Remove the top band clamp from the rubber hose. Spray some WD-40 on the top of the hose so the tube will rotate easier. It is the oil return line from the Turbo back into the case. Pretty common to get a leak there.
