Dropped valve?

I have a 66 corvair monza, symptoms are no power, low compression on cyl 6, and engine overheats. Are these symptoms of dropping a valve?

Left bank engine problems

I have a 66 corvair monza 140 and the left side exhaust not hot it's warm I can grab the exhaust pipe. The right side is hot, so I'm thinking maybe one cylinder is firing on the left, but not all three. It's smells like it's rich on the left. What could be my problem? Dieseling

My 66 corvair 140 is dieseling. It's starting good, timing is good, air fuel mixture is good, and carbs have been rebuilt. It had been sitting for a while when i bought it. Could it not getting enough air flow through the engine?

Re: Big Bore cylinder ?

As far as I know 94mm is the largest cylinder that will fit. Beyond that you could use a stroker crank for even more displacement. I've been toying with the idea of a stroked big bore for about 3.6 liters. Hi I'm wanting to know where you're stroked crank is from. Where can I get it? Sent from my S...
