So what's the best way to bring my 63 closer to the pavement? Should i cut a couple coils out of the springs or go with a different way. I just want to take a couple inches out of the ground clearance for now, eventually i'll go with an airbag suspension...

Ignition switch
When i bought my car it came with four keys but only 1 of them worked and it was for the trunk. I ordered a new ignition switch and door locks from Clarks. I can't seem to figure out how to get the old one out to put the new one in. I can still start it without any keys but i would like to fix that ...

Re: Brakes/lights
It pulls straight while braking.
As far as the lights go, it's headlights and tail lights on the right side.

Brakes/lights
Ok so it seems the brakes aren't releasing like they need to when I take my foot off of the pedal.
Also the lights on the right side are more dim than the left side.
Any thoughts on either of these issues...

Ok so I've noticed that there is a grinding noise coming from the rear when I'm coming to a stop. It sounds like brakes grinding but I'm not sure. I've never had a car with drum brakes before. What should I look for? How can I fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Corvai...

Flywheel
So apparently the flywheel is moving up/down which is why the cone of the starter got jacked up.
What could cause this? Is it just loose bolts or possibly something more involved?
Any help is appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated. He thinks it might be an issue with the flywheel. Sent from my iPhone ...

Update
So here's an update on the car. It does seem like the motor is a '61. I've talked to a couple guys who seem to think that as well. It has a new fuel pump, left rear axle, new tires and a new starter. However when they got it all out back together and started it up, the starter quit. Seems like the f...
