Yokohama announced they are bringing back 13" Tires for the US market. The 185/70R13 may not be an exact match to the original 1960's tires but it could be a modern tire that is "close enough" for many people. If the price is right... https://jalopnik.com/yokohama-brings-back-a-1980s-...

I wanted to revive this topic and share my progress in case anyone has similar issues. As is the case with problems on 50 year old cars sometimes the issue is not caused by one source but multiple sources. Thanks bbodie52. The carbs are NOT progressive. All 4 venturi are sync'd the same. I don't disagree on the accellorator pump but most of the webber tuners seem to think that would be a band-aid fix or mask the underlying issue.
