Is there any reason I shouldn't put flexible fuel lines into the carbs? I have to reroute these lines and I'd rather not deal with the bending and flaring, etc

Having the same "vapor lock" problem in my 64 Greenbrier I think. Starts cold no problem, but once it gets warm and I shut it off... It won't start again. After poking around I thought it was flooding because there was fuel slowly "gurgling" out of this hole in the right carb. ht...

Thanks for the replies! It looks like, for the moment, i'm not insane. This is what i'm looking at, and the passenger side for good measure. I guess the question now is...WTF? What is this diff from?

realized the speedo wasn't working because it wasn't connected at the transmission. For the life of me I can't find where it connects. It's driving me nuts and my manual is at work. Am I missing something that's right in front of my face? Can anyone point me in the right direction? I feel like maybe...

I just bought a 64 Greenbrier, doesn't run but supposedly once I get the gas tank and the battery in, it will run like a top. That's what the guy that sold it to me said. He wouldn't lie to me...right? Anyway, i'm in Denver. I'm mildly mechanical, but I have a guy that I trust that I trade out work ...
