They are similar to the Holley from what I understand. Do you have any pics of throttle cable mounting?

2bbl motorcraft 2100 ? or new rochesters
Have a chance to buy a 2bbl motorcraft carb on an intake for 75 -100 bucks. Carb would need to be rebuilt. My rochester are worn out meaning I'd need to rebuild them from the ground up or just replace them. Would be in a buggy in California so I don't see much issue with icing. What do you guys think?

Re: need some clutch advice ASAP
One more question, is there a certain way to mount the flywheel with regards to the crank position?? Or just bolt it on in any orientation?

Re: need some clutch advice ASAP
Hey Brad thanks for the reply! The motor I'm working was obviously pieced together from all different years. It basically had a LM flywheel that was missing the outer plate and mounted flat side out to the pressure plate. The throwout bearing was slightly different but the exact same length I purcha...

Re: a few questions on new build for the experts
Ok I replaced cap rotor and wires, still getting popping out of carbs and exhaust. Next question, fuel pressure? I'm running and electric fuel pump with a regulator I have read on here that the pressure is anywhere from 2-4.5 when I pulled the carbs the intake was wet inside so I think that it's pus...

Re: a few questions on new build for the experts
Oh and Jerry I did a compression test all were within 10psi of each other, I know that might change a bit after the new rings wear a bit.

Re: a few questions on new build for the experts
Thank you for the replies! I readjusted the valves today and it seems to be running better still has a pop through exhaust but I think like you stated Dave it could be from the combo of headers and the exhaust leaks. The knocking noise is still there but mainly only at idle speeds. Does not get loud...
