What a beautiful car. When i buy my corvair I hope to buy it from an "old" guy that loved it and wants to pass it along.

I was curious as to whether that side mirror came with the car when you bought it. Also is the position of it better than being placed on the door for seeing rear traffic? It almost looks like the a pillar will get in the way.
