Welcome Fritz !!.....I've been to the store and bought several things for restoring my Vairs !! Lots of fun going there and visiting the booth at the swap meets. I get uo to NE Ohio ocassionally...Geneva-On-The-Lake and other places.

Welcome ! Very cool Corvair and it looks great in silver. Maybe I'll get to see it sine we're on 57 miles apart. I'm near Pittsburgh....

Beautiful, just beautiful ! I like the Spyder 180 decal on the air cleaner instead of the Corsa 180 decal. It makes it just a little different than the norm. I have one for my 65 Corsa that is mid-restoration....

Wow, beautiful ! I just bought a white daily driver LM with red interior...gives me some motivation to get 'er cleaned up !

Well, I picked up my new Vair. It fired up immediately and after a short warmup I drove it home approx. 50 miles with no serious issues as far as I could tell. Veered a little to the right when braking, maybe a bad hose etc....It tracked straight and seemed to have good power. Since it has no exhaus...

My Corsa 180 will be at the body shop much longer than expected due to health problems of the body guy. Also, once I get it back it will be so nice (hopefully, because $$$) that I may not be comfortable parking it just anywhere without worrying about it getting dinged and damaged. I will take it to ...
