Help! Emergency brake trouble

I've had the rear suspension and brakes completely apart and rebuilt. Late model. I have a swap meet cross-over cable and a new Clark's handle to equalizer cable. The problem is that the front cable wont reach the rear cable without the tension applying the brakes. The Clark's cable is the same leng...

I see Bill Mitchell all over that car! Too bad Chevy never built a rear or rear mid engine V-8 car. Of course then the Corvair might not have the following it now enjoys. I think the LS series engines are the new SBC. To quote Mr. Le Veque: "How to put a Small Block Chevy into a (Blank)". ...

Ok David, I'm really interested in the ignition. It looks like waste fire crank triggered. Are you using the distributor for anything?

Is that a Lotus or Delorean chassis? Also I caught the stock bucket seats, almost missed that significant detail on the dual V8 car. -Steve Gibson-
