Black 1966 1967 Door Panels Needed! Coupe

Hey everybody - New project - I am looking for a set of NEW (only) 1966 or 1967 Monza / Corsa front door panels. I'm also looking for new or GOOD used rear "door" panels, the ones on either side of the rear seat of a coupe. Need the rear ones much more - as I have a usable set of Fronts. Y...

Re: Floor mats

Clarks Repros of the factory mats are top notch in my book. The 'nubs' on the back are a little more aggressive than the NOS mats I also have, but they hold the carpeting better. I cant believe how many beautifully redone cars I've seen - with thousands of dollars spent to make them look top notch, ...

Re: $68 Autozone Alternator

I've used several of the Autozone alternators lately, it seems. All have worked just fine.

None had the right fan - but easy to swap the one off of my core.

Re: Need help getting some it items from WI to the convention in OH

Roger Ringlestetter lives in Sun Prairie - is he headed to the convention?

I'm in DeWitt, IA, a couple hours from Sun Prairie, but my wife works in Platteville, WI (an hour closer), maybe the wheels can find me, and I can get to them to the convention?

Let's see a pic of the body tag. Are you certain it has not been swapped?

For reference, take a look at the fan belt dance (especially during shifts) in this video found on youtube. . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXRhgpvVovA Its my video. Thats my 66 autocross car, 95hp, Powerglide, in low gear for a short autocross (I never autocross in Drive). It was running o...

Re: Corvan

There's a guy on Facebook that just did the "van to truck" conversion.

He calls it a Vanpy...Van plus Rampy, I guess? I think his name is Doc Welder, or something along those lines.

Re: Wtb 1966 “wedding ring” taillights

I'll have to see what I have. I need a set for my current Corsa, but I have purchased several NOS / old repro wedding band brake and back-up lights in the past.

Re: What kind of muffler/exhaust do you use on your 95?

There is a current Walker muffler- I think for a K-car that fits on the stock pipe. Sounds good, though the tail pipe is now welded on from Walker, and doesn't look 'right' to me- but it works.

I replaced a GM one with the walker one- and it's a tad louder.

Re: corvair buggy

Looks like it is a 140 (or 140 heads) with a center mount 4 barrel carb. What's the frame look like? Any pictures of that? Homemade frame connecting Corvair front and rear, if done well, would be OK. I'd prefer a factory made (Warshawski, JC Whitney, Turchan, ATV Industries). $8k may be a little hig...

I like the rear bumper- very tight to the motor, and doesn't look out of place like so many others.

Manx Style, but not a Manx. Hood looks like a Spatz hood.

Re: 4 door chrome molding

They are hard to find! They only came on factory 2 tone cars.

I have a set on my car, luckily very nice ones.

There was one for sale at the Branson Convention- maybe someone on here knows who had it...

Re: Solar Cavalier Corvair ~

There were lots of variations on the Solar cars.

My Uncles documented Solar does not have a wooden dash panel, but does have the camaro lights, sprint vent top, and a bunch of other things.

There was at least one car that had single headlights, one on each side.
